Labour Town Councillors Lynne Lambeth, Neil Morton and Samantha Charles enjoyed the sunshine at The Mayor of Malvern Cynthia Palmer’s garden party at ARCOS Therapy Centre. The party was held to celebrate the work of ARCOS (Association for Rehabilitation of Communication and Oral Skills) which was the Mayor’s chosen charity for the year.
